It includes adjustable blades, stepless speed control (50–1200 rpm), and Swiss-imported electrodes for accurate pH and DO monitoring. The jacketed water bath ensures efficient temperature control, and the system supports automated fermentation profiles with data storage and alarm functions.

Mixing System:

PH Control:
